Looking for a high energy class? Jump right in and feel France's energy come through the screen and into your room! France tailors these workouts to build endurance, strength and balance.

Target Audience: Walking without assistive device, no recent falls, able to stand for 20-25 minutes without difficulty, may need hand support close by for some exercises

    We worked on a PWR! Moves WarmUp, then mixed in 4 BIG moves and flowed them together on the second step. Lastly we used a clock pattern for stepping and visuospatial challenges. Hope you all enjoy!
