Join in with the recording from our 3.19.20 AMP class workout. We tried to use the Blazepods for a warm up exercise at the beginnning and I'm sorry if that isn't the easiest to see. We also get down to the ground at one point in the workout so have a mat and a chair for support ready! The rest should be a good time and I hope you all enjoy!
