Research has shown we can train this mind and body with cognitive dual tasking to reduce risk of falls. Each episode will challenge you in ways that are specific to PD. The goal is to be able to move your best even when you're distracted. Let these workouts help you along the way.
Target Audience: Intended for those dealing with difficulty moving when distracted. Ability to stand comfortable with use of arm support recommended but can be completed from a chair level.
