  • Starter Series: 7.11.19

    Our Starter Series is designed to introduce users to some of our most common exercises. The workouts are meant to be a bit slower than our High Intensity Series so that you can focus on control and quality of movement. This is a great starting point for new users. If the workouts are too easy....

  • High Intensity Training: Session 16, Season 2

    Join in with Kelsey, Nate and Jeannette for another exercise session. Please grab a chair (if needed) as Nate shows modifications of exercises from a chair.

    Exercises include: squat hits, single leg trunk twists, lunge rotations, boxing sequence and cognitive drill at the end.

  • ChairFit: Session 9, 2019

    Welcome to the first episode of our NEW Modified Core Training Series with France!

    Equipment needed: a chair
    Exercises include: figure 8s with arms, punching, trunk rotation, and hinging from hips.

  • Boxing Fundamentals

    Join Marylene, Nate, and Tim on our very first boxing session! This episode will teach you the correct punching and defensive techniques for boxing. It will also challenge your full body coordination and cognition with sequenced moves!

  • Tai Chi with Jenny: Form 1-Move the Ball

    This session focuses on form one and weight shifting.

  • High Intensity Training: Session 21, Season 2

    Join Nate and Jeanette in another great high intensity workout!

    Exercises include: squats, lawn mowers, cross punches, lunge sequence, and a boxing cognitive drill at the end.
