Let Kelsey put you through your paces! This class is similar to our A.M.P. class but is shorter in duration (20-25 min)and does not involve getting to the ground. It is intended to get your heart rate upwhile still being functional and amplitude-based (keys for PD exercise). We hope you enjoy!
