Moderate intensity/skill level
Leg sequence involving being on hands and knees, sitting and folding and lying on back.
Requires mat, two blocks and a strap.
Optional - towels or blankets for added knee, head and neck support.
Intermediate floor-based series - seated, kneeling and supine stretches focused on increasing upper body flexibility. Requires - mat and blocks. optional - towels/blankets for additional cushion support and a strap.
Level 1.5 standing series - easy to intermediate difficulty standing series focusing on shoulder and chest openings, leg strengthening, some balance and twisting. Requires mat; optional chair, table or wall for balance support.
