France is back with another wonderful season of AMP classes. Please join in the fun and bring a water bottle and a towel. You will sweat!
Exercises Include: reverse curtsy with twist and balance, squats with voice and cognitive challenge, hops with side leg lifts. Core and upper body resistance work with face expressions.
