This series is your starting point for Daily Dose PD. A great place to start if you are just joining. We focus on a moderately paced workout in standing that focuses on big movements (amplitude), balance and coordination. If you can do these workouts without issue, we encourage you to try our A.M.P. Class or High Intensity series. If this series is too difficult, we recommend our Chair-Based workouts, Tai Chi or Yoga. We hope you enjoy!
