Join Nate for this drumming workout. We will work on functional movements, amplitude, rhythm and balance all while having a blast. You can use drumsticks, pvc pipe, or just clap your hands. We hope you enjoy it!
Amplitude, Mental agility, Power. This is our all-in-one class! 40-45 minutes of amplitude, mental agility and power. Part of the session is on the ground so please have a mat ready. This is a difficult class so please be aware and make modifications appropriately.
Join us for this 45-50 minute class of stretching, balance work and whole-body strengthening. Our newest member of the team, Dana Golden, will lead you through this session that is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated, flexible, balanced and ready to attack the day.
