ChairFit is the perfect class for those who have trouble standing for long periods or are unsafe to stand unsupported. These classes focus on strength, balance, flexibility and cognition while using a chair for balance and stability to keep things safe. This class is appropriate for any level.
Chair Workouts with Nate are made with a little slower pace for those that may benefit from focusing more on deliberate/controlled movement.
Target Audience: Those with difficulty standing and those with balance issues making standing exercise difficult or unsafe.
Avg Time: 20-25 min
