Our Starter Series is a great place to begin!!
Working on Amplitude and Intensity are two of the most important ways to exercise for PD. This series of workouts are great for Daily Dose users who are just getting started and want to get comfortable with basic movements before progressing to our High Intensity or AMP series. The workouts are also perfect for users who struggle keeping up with some of the faster and more complex movements on our High Intensity Series. We go through the movements slowly and really focus on size and quality. If you are struggling to keep your balance or can't keep up with the pace, we recommend trying our Chair-Based Exercise Series.
