Dance incorporates cognition, coordination, balance, rhythm and agility all while practicing functional movements. This collection has both drumming workouts hosted by Nate Coomer, PT as well as a dance series hosted by Chris Daigre, a dance instructor who is also fighting Parkinson's Disease. We hope you enjoy!
