Are there any boxing videos that focus on cognition by calling out numbers and having the boxer use those punches and verbalize the numbers?. For example: 1,1,2,1,3,4,6 or 2,3,2,4,5,6 or 5,6,1,3,4,2,2 and so on. I've seen a few times in videos that this is done but on a very limited basis. Interested in your comments on this.

Thanks for the feedback. We need more boxing! Our boxing series we did last year with Marylene from Rock Steady San Diego is the best place to find the cognitive challenges you're referring to. I am hoping Marylene and I can work together soon as I think she would bring consistent boxing classes that challenge you in the way your describing. However, I'll be sure to add them in to my AMP class next week if you'd like to join in! Thanks for the feedback and please let me know if you have any more suggestions or comments.
