Hi Nate, I have scheduled knee replacement surgery on September 11th so was wondering if you could pause payments for at least two months. I have been doing mostly chair based exercises for a while because of my painful knee but would really like to continue with the videos later. I will let you know when to start again. Is this possible?
I really appreciate the videos and think they help me and really want to continue. Thanks Nate.

Surgery
Hi Jenny,
I am sorry to hear you are planning surgery in the coming month. I am sure this will be a tough stretch for you and hope the knee heals well. I'll be thinking of you.
I also deeply want to thank you for the positive feedback. I only hope that our videos give you and every other Daily Dose user a little bit of help along the way so I'm very grateful to hear you appreciate.
You can easily pause your subscription for a couple of months. You can do that by going to the Help button in the upper right corner of dailydosepd.com The first Help item listed shows how to pause a subscription. If you can't find that information you can also copy and paste this link into your web browser: https://www.dailydosepd.com/help/articles/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription . I do not have the ability to pause it for you but if you have difficulty please let me know and I will have our support team work on it as well.
Thank you for working with the videos thus far. I really appreciate and wish you the best of luck with the upcoming surgery.
Nate
Hi Nate. Well my surgery was postponed until Nov.6th. I hope that I did this correctly. I thought I had resumed my subscription and then paused it again for Nov. Dec. and Jan. Could I start again tomorrow, October 1st and pay for October as of the 1st and possibly start on Jan 1st again? Please have your support team work on it please as I am sure I didn't do it right.
Hi Jenny,
I just checked on the back end and you did it correctly. You are no longer paused and are able to use Daily Dose PD for the rest of the month. When you get to the end of October, simply pause the subscription again the way you did the first time. You can do so via the instructions listed here: https://www.dailydosepd.com/help/articles/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription .
I hope this helps and want to thank you for continued membership. Please let me know if you have any questions!
All the best,
Nate
Well I'm back from my knee replacement surgery. It is healing well but still very stiff and swollen. I decided to do chairfit again and just did the first one with you. It was very hard but well worth it. I was having trouble getting out of my chair but it is a rocker/recliner so it rocks when I try to get out of it. But it did HELP A LOT so I will keep at it.
Thanks very much for all your work and I look forward to getting back into it.
Hi Jenny,
Great to hear from you and so happy things are healing. I'm really glad the surgery went well and you are "back in the saddle". I am sure things will start moving easier over the next few weeks. Keep up the good work, stay consistent and stay positive! We are rooting for you!!!

Thanks Nate. I just did episode 4 (what happened to 3:)) Can you tell me on the last exercise when you have your hands on the seat of the chair, do you keep both legs straight. I think so but couldn't really tell.
Thanks Jenny
Hello Nate. From Alaska.
I signed up for a year's subscription a number of months back only only today did my first workout. I was busy with Rock Steady Boxing, swimming and other activities. Would you be willing to start my subscription today (Sept. 30, 2019)? Also will my credit card be automatically charged at the end of the year or will I need to re-up at that time? Thanks for your wonderful efforts.

Hi Richard,
Thanks so much for writing and letting me know. I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a chance to start using your subscription yet. Let me check with the folks running things on the back end. I'm honestly not sure if we can change the subscription date but I hope we can. I will let you know ASAP.
All the best,
Nate
