Hi Daily Dose Crew,
We hope you all are enjoying your summer. We wanted to let you know about the latest updates on Daily Dose PD and give you a little insight into our future plans as well. We have started a new series for Core Strength called "Core Training" led by our trainer, France Marien. She will be doing a 4 part series that focuses on abdominal, hip and back strengthening. These areas are important for overall balance and strength. We will be following this series up with a 4 part adaptive series for core strength so if this series is too challenging for you don't worry. We will have something that is right for you soon.
We also released another High Intensity Training workout with Nate, Kelsey and JG. We always try to give you a high energy workout each week that allows for you to have something fresh and new to follow along with and get a heart pumping workout. We are adding in a chair modification view each of the next 4 weeks so that those who do not feel comfortable standing can still workout with modifications. We hope these videos give everyone a way to workout!
