Hi Daily Dose Crew,
We have posted a few new workouts this week and wanted to tell you about them.
Our Starter Series is a new group of workouts using some of our favorite movements that focused on quality of movement and control. The series is meant to be used for individuals just starting Daily Dose PD and those who need a bit slower pace than our High Intensity workouts. If this series is too easy for you, then jump into the High Intensity Training, A.M.P. or Boxing video series. If it's too difficult, then try our Chair - Based Exercise, Tai Chi or Yoga series.
Josie is back with her 5th video in season 2 of Yoga. These videos help gain flexibility and balance while working on complex movements. We hope you all enjoy!
