High Intensity Training: Session14, Season 2: We finished up our 4 part series on floor exercises with focus on challenging and complex movements from the ground level . The goal is to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and quality movement from a position that creates new connections in your brain. We hope you enjoyed this series and you can find it in both our High Intensity section as well as our Floor-Based Exercise section.
Yoga with Josie: Session 3, Season 2: Josie used a chair for this entire session to show how you can use the simple furniture in your home to make a great workout focused on flexibility and coordination. We hope those of you that may have balance challenges get great benefit from this one.
