If you are someone who has difficulty sitting down, kneeling, or getting in and out of the bed, then this is the perfect session for you to practice techniques when on the ground.
Yoga with Josie: Episode 2, Session 2 – We are so thankful to have Josie going through another yoga series. These sessions are very low impact and mainly focus on balance, core strength, and full body flexibility.
