I hope your week was good. Sorry to be a little late with this update. We put 4 new workouts up on the site this week! We added our 3rd boxing video focusing on balance and posture. We also added in another cognitive workout in our series focusing on Set Switching, which is shown to improve balance and decrease falls. We are excited to also have the ability to record our livestreams and were able to place both our Vocal Training session and High Intensity session up on Daily Dose.
