Hello Daily Dosers,
We have added in a couple new videos for your workout enjoyment!
Up first is our Session 9 of Season 2 in our HIIT training series. Remember, we film these on Fridays during our Livestreams at 12:30. If you are available, please join in the fun!!
The other workout added is France's ChairFit Session 7. These videos build on each other and are perfect for those that have some balance issues or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. I hope you can jump right in and enjoy!

Remember, we have apps for Android, Android TV, iOS and AppleTV. These are free with your subscription and you can find them by searching "Daily Dose PD" in the App Store or Google Play Store.

We will be starting a weekly LIVESTREAM vocal workout with Julie Fechter, CCC-SLP on Wednesdays at 9 AM PST. We will have the link listed in our Livestream Class area and we encourage anyone who is available and in need of vocal training to try it out, meet some other Daily Dose members and build community.
