We hope you had a wonderful week and wanted to give you a quick update on our newest videos out this week!
Face Exercises (Basic and Complex): Tim Lundquist, professional mime and person with PD, has been nice enough to offer up his morning series of exercises that he does daily to improve facial mobility and maintain the facial expressions he has always had. These are short workouts so feel free to jump in. I would recommend the basic exercises first and then moving to more complex if you feel you need it.
ChairFit with France: Session 6, Season 2. France gives us another great workout with the 6th session in our ChairFit series. Remember, this is a progressive series so be sure to start at session 1 and move forward. This series is intended for those with balance issues that will require a chair for balance. We hope you all enjoy!
