We've placed 2 new workouts on our website this week.
Our 4th workout of season 2 for ChairFit is up and ready. France gives you another great workout that is modified for those with balance issues. Don't let the name fool you. The workout is still quite strenuous. Give it a shot!
Our 6th workout of season 2 for High Intensity Training is also up on the site. Kelsey, Nate and JG have some fun and work to bring you a high energy workout that challenges your strength, balance, cognition and flexibility all while working to make you move BIG! Get going today.

Also, we want you all to know we are close to releasing iOS app for iPhone and TV so that you can work out easier and on the go. We are also getting ready to release apps for Android as well. Stay Tuned.
