Hi Daily Dosers,
I hope you are all having a great Sunday. There is a little sun peaking through this morning so I'm hopeful we are slowly moving toward Spring and warmer temperatures.

We've made a few updates to Daily Dose PD this week. Here is a quick peak at what's new.

NEW ORGANIZATION! We have made a few changes to the Browse page to hopefully make things easier to find. We have organized classes by either Amplitude and Intensity focused or Balance and Flexibility focused. We have also added new seasons to our ChairFit Class with France and High Intensity Training Classes. You can simply toggle between Season 1 and Season 2 once you enter the class. Hopefully this gives a bit easier navigation to find the classes you like best!

ChairFit Class with France: Session 2, Season 2 - France is doing a progressive video series this season. Be sure to follow start with Session 1 as there are some things that will carryover through the series. I hope you enjoy this fun class focused on flexibility, balance and hand exercises.

High Intensity Training: Session 5, Season 2- Nate leads this new session focused on trunk rotation, big movements and gives a fun boxing combination that will keep you all on your toes. Enjoy!

Thanks Nate. I've done only a few of these sessions and have noticed I can twist my torso when driving. Specifically when backing out of a parking spot or my driveway. Much more flexible.

Thanks for the positive feedback!!! This is so great to hear. Would it be alright if I was able to use this positive feedback in a social media post? We are always trying to tell others how Daily Dose PD helps and this would be a great way. I wouldn't only use your first name. Please let me know if you would be alright with this.

Hi Nate, I have been without internet for over a week so couldn't do my Daily Dose but I still have been walking every day. As I was walking I remembered you saying several times that swinging my arms would help with balance. So I took my hands out of my pockets and started swinging my arms and by golly it really helped. Thanks Nate. The tech just came so back online.

Hi Jenny,
I'm sorry you haven't had the internet but you putting what we practice in the workouts into what you do during the day is exactly the point of Daily Dose!!!! Functional Carryover is so important and really is the ONLY reason why we exercise... to practice correct movements in hopes that we move better in real life. I am so happy to have you write this to me. I really appreciate the feedback and glad you are back online. Now keep going... stay positive... and stay in touch. I want you to know I will always respond if you have a question or feedback so keep it coming:)

I have a quick question. We are trying to raise awareness for Daily Dose and comments like this are really nice to show that people doing the workouts see benefit. Would you mind if we used your comment for a social media post? We would only use your first name and the state you live in when posting to social media so no personal information would be released.
