I'm new in this forum and on Dailydosepd but am very excited to be here. I'm so happy to have found all types of training focused on PD.
My name is Andrea and I'm 42 tears old and from Sweden. I have felt PD symptoms since 3,5 years back but only got diagnosed July last summer. I want to make the most of my situation and stay in the best shape and health possible.
So, I'm wondering, how I should think when I plan/schedule my weekly training/exercise? How do I think/balance the different areas? Do I only focus on what I have problems with right now or do I work proactive? How much of each area should I work with weekly? How do I think not to overwork but still exercise enough? I work best when I have a weekly schedule and a routine. Now I try to make one but not sure how to think to make it good and realistic. Happy for any feedback I can get.
