We want to know what you think. We have been working the last 2 years to bring you new and fresh workouts and as we have grown, we are trying to find ways to improve. With that being said, we now have the opportunity to add on a more robust Livestream service working directly through our website so that you would be alerted when live workouts are going on, can access those workouts right from the Daily Dose PD website/app and can get the recording directly after the workout. This would allow us to give you more of a "weekly schedule" of workouts by cutting down on editing time. This would also hopefully help more people using Daily Dose feel comfortable getting into a livestream group and feeling connected to others fighting the disease.
We are thinking of doing workouts throughout the week including High Intensity, Strength Training, Tai Chi and Yoga. We may also be able to add in a cycling or boxing class. Please give me your thoughts as to what you would like to see on the weekly workout schedule, whether you would value this added service and whether you would check in to more livestream workouts if they were offered at different times throughout the week and easier to access from the website.
