We want to know what you think. We have been working the last 2 years to bring you new and fresh workouts and as we have grown, we are trying to find ways to improve. With that being said, we now have the opportunity to add on a more robust Livestream service working directly through our website so that you would be alerted when live workouts are going on, can access those workouts right from the Daily Dose PD website/app and can get the recording directly after the workout. This would allow us to give you more of a "weekly schedule" of workouts by cutting down on editing time. This would also hopefully help more people using Daily Dose feel comfortable getting into a livestream group and feeling connected to others fighting the disease.
We are thinking of doing workouts throughout the week including High Intensity, Strength Training, Tai Chi and Yoga. We may also be able to add in a cycling or boxing class. Please give me your thoughts as to what you would like to see on the weekly workout schedule, whether you would value this added service and whether you would check in to more livestream workouts if they were offered at different times throughout the week and easier to access from the website.

I just found your site and I thank God for you. I have such hope to keep my symptoms at bay with your program. I just did your high intensity workout now, and now that I know about your live stream class I plan to be there starting next week. (I just read about your live stream for the first time yesterday, and I have a conflict because of an appointment today.)
I am a nurse and have stage 1 Parkinsons, I had a DaT scan last week.
I am adding a second video workout to your high intensity session each day and I wondered if there are any other videos you recommend I do? It was good work, but I could do your entire high intensity session with confidence.
Thank You for your dedication to those of us with Parkinsons. You give me such hope that I can be SMART about the exercises I do to keep my symptoms at bay!

Thank you so much for signing up and trying the workouts. Looking forward to seeing you in the livestream. The emails sent out to remind you about them have an external link if you would like to interact with us via Zoom. This is always fun because there are normally a handful of Daily Dose users in the room and we can all see each other and chat a bit before the workout begins. I hope you can give that link a try next week so I can meet you face to face:)
If you could do everything with confidence in the high intensity workout, that is perfect. Some are more challenging than others in that series but they would be the best place to start. The other videos that would likely be appropriate for you would be the A.M.P. class workout tab. These are led by our trainer, France. She has a motor that doesn't stop so I would definitely see if those work well for you. If you are dealing with any balance issues or stiffness, our yoga series or tai chi series might be appropriate.
